To improve the immunity of vitamin C is useless to use

Admission of vitamin C will not help prevent catarrhal diseases. These findings, and Helsinki came to the Australian researchers - Robert Douglas, Harry Hemilya. Only patients of groups of individuals involved in extreme sports, as a result of six studies found that vitamin C reduces the chance to catch cold by 50%.

Also, when the cold associated with supercooling of water, six studies have demonstrated the positive effects of vitamin C. One study reported that as a result of the adoption of a single large dose of vitamin C (eight grams), with the first appearance of symptoms of colds, healing occurs quickly.
