Frequent sex positive effect on health

A study of Swedish scientists has revealed a direct relationship between sexual activity and overall human well-being. Scientists Lengstrem Nicholas and Charles Hanson in the national poll among 2450 men and women from 18 to 60 years found that the high frequency of sexual intercourse correlated positively with measures of sexual and general health.

However, impersonal sex, and masturbation, adversely affect the health of men and women. A couple appears instability and a general dissatisfaction with life. Reduced quality of life and indicates low levels of happiness.

This study is fully refuted in 1994 when many clinical data have shown that men who have sex more often the other, have more health problems and personality disorders.
