The risk of meat


According to a study conducted at Harvard, consumption of meat products of industrial production increases the risk of leukemia in children by 74%. Children and teenagers should not eat sausage, hot dogs, smoked meat and fish more often than once a week. Neutralize harmful effect of meat products using fresh vegetables and soy products, which should exceed the amount of meat in the diet of children.
