It can be used in salads, fish and meat sauces, and as a spice for soups. Undiscovered bottle light greenish-yellow wine is stored from 3 to 4 years, and in clear, cold - from 4 to 5 weeks. Name of the wine comes from the French «jus vert» - green juice.
