Kislov wine, derived from immature grapes, soon will be culinary competition lemon and vinegar. It already has a lot of discerning cooks followers, reported in the journal "Der Feinschmecker". It can be used in salads, fish and meat sauces, and as a spice for soups. Undiscovered bottle light greenish-yellow wine is stored from 3 to 4 years, and in clear, cold - from 4 to 5 weeks. Name of the wine comes from the French «jus vert» - green juice.
