On the benefits of buckwheat


Buckwheat - cheap, easy and nutritious food. In buckwheat contains 8 essential amino acids, fiber, flavonoids, minerals and vitamins. Regular use of buckwheat lowers high blood pressure and cholesterol levels in the blood, strengthens the walls of blood vessels. The lack of gluten makes buckwheat an indispensable product for those who do not internalize the wheat. buckwheat (with white or light green), can germinate and the sprouts used in salads.
