
Chinese doctors have found that cooking food on a gas can adversely affect health. A comparative study conducted by scientists from Hong Kong, found that while people in more than once increases the probability of rhinitis, bronchial asthma, sinusitis and bronchitis.
The study led by Professor Tze Wai Wong from the Chinese University of Hong Kong selected 426 people from the area where the most frequently used a gas stove. Chronic respiratory diseases were found in a quarter of all involved in the study.
When using a stove, two or more times a day increased the risk by six times, and if it's cooked on the stove once a day, it tripled. As the Chinese doctors on the Archives of Disease in Childhood, most of all, it was revealed inflammation of nose, sinuses, bronchi and lungs of allergic diseases.
