Currently, the Internet poses to young people less dangerous than in the 90 th of the last century. Psychological benefits users of the network outweigh its adverse impact is felt by Dutch researchers. Scientists conducted a study in which researchers found that most teenagers today are using the Internet as a tool for communication. For comparison: in the late 90-ies, only one in ten adolescent went online, which means that young users of the World Wide Web should have a choice between real and virtual relationships, as they combine, it was extremely difficult. Today the situation is quite different: the vast majority of teenagers in Western countries have Internet access and use the network to strengthen existing relationships, rather than for new facilities. In addition, new communication technologies encourage teens to communicate, rather than to social exclusion. Recent studies show that all these technological changes have a positive effect on the psychology of teenagers. In particular, the XXI century, the Internet allows them to discuss very personal things that shy adolescents are usually difficult to say, the experts reported. And such a very personal online conversation facilitated the establishment of close friendships that help young people cope with stress and feel happier. Incidentally, Dr. Mitsuko Ito of the University of California, USA, the impact of the Internet on the ability of adolescents to education, concluded that the presence of a global network of positive impact on their intellectual development.
