Instead of the more useful to prefer a diet


There is Lent. During this period, many are trying to abstain from sweets, alcohol and smoking. However, the post of religious beliefs is quite different compared with fasting, with a view to slimming. Nowadays, people are beginning to comply with the Post, as well as diet, hoping the loss of extra kilos. However, this position often leads to side effects and diseases. Among them: loss of muscle mass, vitamin deficiency, and problems with the cardiovascular system. Therefore, anyone who wants to lose weight should not fast, but move to a full, balanced diet and add more motion in everyday life.
