Edible flowers


Many flowers can decorate our table, not only in the usual sense but also in the composition of foods. Petals Nasturtiums have a sharp taste; flowers and white acacia very sweet. Many flowers, such as roses, rich in vitamin C, and dandelion - vitamin A flower petals can be added to salads or in tea. Mixed with spices, petals can be the basis for sauces. Do not use to eat the flowers from the flower shop, because they certainly fertilize with chemical fertilizers. Grow flowers in his garden, or collect them away from the big cities.
