Cereal diet to cleanse the body


Cereals, traditional Chinese medicine, attributed to the high therapeutic potential, based on their dewatering effects. They are an excellent vehicle for those who want to shed a few extra kilos. For example, the rice diet is ideal for people, often feeling weak and having problems with the stomach.

Boiled cereals perfectly complement the vegetables, fruit or fruit desserts. Herbs and spices enhance the taste of foods, and nuts, lentils or beans to make it more nourishing. But dietitians recommend to use no more than 150 grams of cereals a day (raw weight).

A meat, fried and acute food to avoid, like most beverages. Alcohol, coffee and black tea are best replaced with herbal teas and water.
