Children copy their parents' tastes

The American journal(Preventive Medicine) published recommendations to parents on how they may affect the development and health of their children. Children copy their parents in many ways, including an addiction to certain foods. If the parents are trying to feed children vegetables, fruits and other useful products, they prefer the hamburgers, it is not surprising that the child will choose exactly hamburgers, if there is a choice. The only way to give your child a taste for useful products - is to eat them, not to speak about their usefulness.
