Many people in middle age continue to recklessly about their sexual health, said experts. Scientists conducted a study, which was attended by 2,000 adults. It turned out that one-fifth of the respondents aged 45 to 54 years were in the past five years, having unprotected sex with non-partners. Over the past decade, doubled cases sexually transmitted infections among people over 45 years. Among young people the prevalence of genital infections was lower, the researchers reported. According to researchers, such negligence resulted in part the fact that the age of 45 years is rarely possible to get pregnant, and people older generation do include sexually transmitted diseases, to the younger generation, but no infections age difference, experts stressed. The researchers recommend not to forget about using condoms to people of all ages.
